Now you can empower an entrepreneur to create change in his/her own life
Everyday, thousands of microentrepreneurs across South Africa are working their way out of poverty through small business. The Paradigm Shift entrepreneurship development program was designed to give these microentrepreneurs the resources they need for their businesses to grow.
Now you can make it possible for one entrepreneur to participate. For $110, you can provide a pathway out of poverty for a hard-working entrepreneur, which will have lasting impacts both physically and spiritually.

Meet some of our entrepreneurs
Edwin
Edwin is a skillful wire and bead craftsman. He moved to South Africa with the dream of growing his business––a dream that has come true thanks to the knowledge he has gained through participating in the Paradigm Shift program.
Grace
Grace plays many roles: she is a talented seamstress, wife and mother. But now, thanks to the Paradigm Shift business training, she is also a sharp businesswoman who invests and saves her business income.
Francinah
Affectionately called a “gogo” (grandmother), Francinah maintains a youthful vigor and is determined not to slow down. She dreams of growing her business to include a wide variety of products.
Tich
Though many question whether entrepreneurs are made or born, there is no doubt when it comes to Tich. He had always dreamed of owning a business. He’d tried once before in his native home of Zimbabwe and failed. But through Paradigm Shift he found the courage to try again.
Veronica
Veronica is a single mother of five children. As the sole bread-winner of her home for many years, she was searching for work that would give her the flexibility to care for her children while also earning enough money to provide for their needs.
Sipiwe
Needing a way to increase her income to help support her family, Sipiwe decided to start her own business. Her community had no place for women to buy fashion products at an affordable price; so when Sipiwe identified this need, she began selling handbags, earrings and cosmetics at a busy street corner.
Benhilda
When the political and economic situation in Zimbabwe prevented her from being able to provide for her family, Benhilda came to South Africa in search of opportunity. She began working as a waitress but was unhappy because she wanted to be an entrepreneur, so she started her own hair salon in a small garage.
Martha
Martha has experienced many challenges as an entrepreneur. When her husband became sick and was unable to continue working as a miner, he started a small retail shop. Despite his hard work, the business experienced financial difficulties and was eventually forced to close.
Sabin
Father, husband, son, brother and businessman, Sabin has overcome insurmountable obstacles throughout his life. Ten years ago, he fled political turmoil and escaped to South Africa where he now owns a hair salon. For Sabin, giving up is simply not an option.
